Uley Brewery launched Dr Steel's Medicine - 11th July

Uley Brewery launched a special ale to 'reach the parts of Stroud other campaigns cannot reach'!  Dr Jonathan Steel, a member of the Save Stroud Hospitals Taskforce and a Uley GP since 1991 lent his name to the new beer in the hope that it would get people in local pubs talking about the issues facing our health services.  Patrick O'Hagan from ITV West (seen below interviewing Dr Steel) and representatives from the local press were on hand to see the first few pints of this refreshing 3.8% brew poured by Chas Wright, owner of Uley Brewery.

Dr Steel's Medicine will be available throughout the summer at a range of pubs supplied by the brewery.  Please give it a try the next time you are in your local!
